Over the moon and 100% recommended! So I finally decided I needed a change and decided to try Pure after using several of the big names in Australia that had limited shades and never looked or felt quite right and at worse were just horrible. The amazing thing about Pure is that they have so many different colours and designs they are actually the only place that truly goes to the effort of creating their own hair extensions from scratch and not buying cheap bulk from factories like the others. They seem to be the only place that has the expertise to be able to design hair extensions the way these guys do. This company genuinely cares about their customers and has the experience to really understand what they are talking about. They have virtually any colour or length and if you are anything like me and someone who wants way more than the average product, they will certainly surpass your expectations! Having the right hair that really suits you, is truly nothing short of transformational.

What an amazing company! I have no idea how they manage to supply such a massive range, but it is truely is astounding! Nothing is too much trouble, and being so knowledgeable you can tell they understand the industry extremely well and really give you the right advise so you can pick the best hair for you. The invisible tape extensions are beautiful and i have used both the standard tape and the more discrete "invisible" method and have found both the hair and the service wonderful. I purchased custom made invisible tape extension for over $800. Within the first few weeks they had shed a ridiculous amount. The root stretch had faded out to a horrible yellow, brassy colour. They are also the most knotty and prone to matting extensions I have ever owned. They require brushing every 20 minutes and I can now only wear them in a plait. I have had extensions for ten years and am well versed in how to care for them and what products/ingredients work and do not work. When I contacted them, they initially ignored me, the second or third time, I got a response that literally stated, "They were fine when we sent them." All subsequent attempts to contact them have been totally ignored. They will not even do me the courtesy of responding. I assume they are just hoping I will give up and go away. Instead I have reported them to the ACC and the Department of Fair Trading

I am over the moon and have never been happier with my hair than now. Having very thick hair it quickly became a pain with most extensions styling would be a problem as I simply have too much hair no matter what I tried they looked unnatural and I did not want to thin my hair as I hope to eventually grow it out so I won’t need extensions one day. I have always been concerned about using extensions in as I believed it would always be a problem but the amazing volume of Pure hair absolutely meant I got a blended effect and with their amazing knowledge and attention to detail no one can pick that I have extensions in. I ordered another longer set of hair extensions and feel so happy and confident now I know they will work with my hair. I highly recommend them they are the best.

I am absolutely delighted to recommend Pure. I cannot speak highly enough of the quality of the hair extensions & the incredible range on offer. I’ve had my extensions now for a month, and I will never use any other brand, you have a customer for life! I wanted extensions for fullness & length, but also a natural looking result because in my professional setting the last thing I want is an “overdone” or unnatural appearance. My own hair is growing longer, and acquaintances and friends have commented on how great I look but don’t directly pick I’m wearing extensions which is remarkable, since it’s quite a bit longer and thicker. I’ve received a lot of positive comments about my hair, but no-one suspects they are hair extensions. I can’t believe how healthy and beautiful the hair is and so natural looking that I cannot see where my hair and the extensions start. The detailed highlights and foils makes them easy to wear, easy to manage and blends with my natural hair so that it is completely unnoticeable. It requires minimal straightening and curling so less time to get ready in the morning and looks great. Even when I tell someone that I have extensions, they are really surprised. The customer service is very welcoming and accommodating and nothing was too much trouble, even after the many questions I had. I am over the moon and for the first time after trying so many different places I have not been disappointed with my extensions, I really love my hair and for the first time I really feel like it’s my own! I was searching for hair extensions to try out for a while now as i just got my hair to the super ashy brown i absolutely always dreamed of but do you think i could find a colour to match... I was having so much trouble finding extensions that matched my hair color until I finally came across Pure who were amazing and they helped me every step of the way from picking the correct shaded from their amazing range to my shipment. I was so excited to get them and of course they match PERFECTLY and I am so happy with the quality of these extensions and the fact they actually custom make them means they are an affordable price. They are so silky and soft and the hair is such high quality you know it's 100% remy, its also very thick. The color is beautiful and has little highlights that are so stunning and give me this gorgeous boost, I am still SO pleased with this purchase and overall so impressed!!!

Ok so where do I start! Firstly I have a pretty good understanding of how extensions having been wearing them for over 3 years now and I can honestly say these hair extensions are the best I have ever come across. Prior to coming across Pure I was getting to a point where I so unimpressed with what the market was offering I was contemplating giving up on them altogether. This was last ones I tried and was definitely was my last chance before giving up on the whole extension journey. I have to say these people are total perfectionists! that fact that everything is customized is incredible. I don’t think most people realize how amazing her process is. Not to mention how nice and genuine they are to deal with. Now Let’s talk about the hair quality!! Its so hard to find someone in Australia that actually has genuine hair that’s not all out of the same factory ! I spoke to a couple of companies that said they would be able to custom create a style and then quote some outrageous figure and the hair was completely processed and fake. I’ve been wearing my Pure hair extensions for almost a year now and if only my real hair was this amazing. I style them and color them like normal hair, because they are real natural hair!

Highly recommended & order anywhere else, installation is easier and perfection clean, flat and not bulky and obviously. After 2 years now and recommended through a friend, I can honestly say the hair is brilliant. This brand is talented and honest they are without doubt the best extensions I’ve had. The quality and colours are outstanding I’ve definitely become addicted to my new look and I’m loving how silky and soft they are!! Try them ladies if your after thickness or length worth every cent. It’s so nice when I get complimented on my hair and when I choose to tell them I have extensions they don’t believe me.

After trying all different hair and all the different brands has hands down Pure has provided me with the best quality hair, perfect installation technique and most importantly I feel like it belongs to me. I get complimented on my hair and when I tell them I have extensions people are literally shocked. I’ve paid for questionable hair in the past claiming to be something it’s. I’ve had my current extensions in for a couple of weeks now and the colouring is so gorgeous I wake up ever day confident of my appearance. I picked the wrong shade a couple of times but they are always happy to help and if anything’s wrong answer any questions you have. So happy and relieved I don’t have to worry about my extensions anymore. The customer service is second to none also, and they always doing their best to make you feel special ..it’s so refreshing!

I contacted Pure as I a friend told me where had been getting her hair extensions for years from Pure. Up until then I never knew she had extensions and she said she actually never told anyone she wore them as it was her little secret lol. They guided me through the process of not only getting my hair to look the best it ever has but also assisted me with placement of the extensions which had not been done quite right previously. The difference with Pure is their hair extensions that have a lot more dimension and lift in colour so that actually blends properly. This was the key for me and now my hair is long and blended perfectly without needing all the excess extensions I used to wear. I’m ready to order my third set and am sporting darker hair now so I’ll try a couple of their new dark balayage shades and blend them together now that I can see what a difference having the right blend makes. These guys are simply the BEST. I feel like a new me and so much more in touch with my look. Having tried 4 other brands previously I would never go anywhere else. After several years of wearing all types of hair extensions (6+years) I feel I’m in a great position to give an informed opinion. I’ve used several to high profile hair extension brands. All promised the same great quality natural looking hair. All seemed very knowledgeable and genuine but what I realized soon was that they all treated their businesses as a money making rather than being honest and actually explaining what their product is and that is factory manufactured hair which has gone through many processes and that’s why they really never look or feel that real. I’ve bought hair for $600 which is the same that cost over $1000 and they were much of a likeness. If you’ve had extensions before you will know how amazing the transformation can be so I would keep spending money on average products, but after being recommended to Pure it was like the biggest breath of fresh air EVER. I contacted them and quickly noticed a difference with their designs and professionalism. Not only are they extremely highly knowledgable but undoubtedly sincere and genuine. They have obviously been in this business for so many years not by doing the “hard sell” like others I’ve experience but more so because of their love of the craft, the fact that the quality sells itself, and due to their long standing regular customers. I simply cannot recommend Pure enough, this has been a truely truly beautiful experience xxxx

This hair is simply Devine! I’ve always loved styling and colouring my hair but finding actual hair extensions that are of a consistent level of quality and colour can be really difficult. I simply have to say Pure has not only given me the hair of my dreams but also I would never have imagined it would look and feel this natural. These people are quality all the way and it’s amazing to find a hair exensions company with the integrity and quality of this brand. The overwhelming majority of hair extensions out there have been underwhelming to say the least as far as colour and design and with my love of balayage hair, I can attest to the absolute immeasurable quality. The professionalism when it comes to their dying techniques is simply beyond, literally no other ones I’ve come across even compares. After having these extensions applied which I actually did my self due to the restrictions has taken my confidence to a whole new level, you cannot at all see any bonds or where my hair line transitions and I can’t imagine not having them ever again.

Absolutely the best ever! I have never been happier with my hair than now. Having naturally very fine hair, when I tried growing it, it became very limp and lifeless very quickly, styling would be a problem as it I simply don’t have enough hair no matter what supplements I tried. I have always been concerned about using extensions in as I believed it would show through and my hair would not be able to put it up easily. Pure absolutely alleviated my concerns with with their amazing knowledge and attention to detail and literally no one can pick that I have extensions on and I can wear my hair out all day every day. I am just about to order my second longer set of hair extensions and feel so happy and confident about the process now. Could not recommend highly enough this amazing company more.

Would NEVER recommend this company ..I bought extensions from them . When it came they had sent Some of it in the wrong colour so I mailed and asked to return the ones that were different colour and keep hold of the colour that was correct. They agreed to this but I had to pay my own postage. I returned the hair but whilst I was waiting for the correct colour to arrive, I used the hair that was correct And the quality of it was terrible so I then mailed them and said don’t bother sending new hair I would just like a refund. They stated that the hair had already been sent. I said I would Be returning it which I did . I tracked it and they received it but have refused to give me a refund for hundreds of pounds ! Instead they have CLOSED MY CASE and are refusing to answer emails now. I urge anyone considering using this place to think again. They have kept my money and the hair . Scammers I have every single email which I’m more than happy to share too. Disgusting I have enclosed my receipt from PayPal! And also they asked me to close my PayPal case because it was affecting them at their end and me being gullible but honest I did! So now I’m out hundreds of pounds I will be putting reviews up EVERYWHERE!
