Friendly IT Services - I come to you
I run an IT business on the side of my full time job. I run this after 6pm during the week (Monday - Friday) and 10am - 6pm Saturday (I also am available Sunday but like to try have this day off).
I come to you and service the Gold Coast. I charge $25 per 30 minutes or if I assist through remote assistance (TeamViewer) I charge $15 per 30 minutes. If you have a big issue (data recovery, upgrades, re-installation of operating systems etc.) I will then offer to take your computer with me and change the 30 minute charge to a flat fee agreed on by you at the time (fee varies based on complexion of tasks).
I will always be the person you deal with (as I am a sole trader). I have over 15 years of personal experience with computers and run a company and business in IT for over 6 years on the Gold Coast.
