Building & Pest Inspections Pty Ltd (BPI) was started in 1999 when its founder, Larry Ryan, developed a building and timber pest inspection and reporting system that produced thorough, concise and user friendly reports.
Prior to 1999 Larry, an award winning builder, spent 18 years in the building and timber pest industries.
BPI has since become the fastest growing Building & Pest Inspection franchise in Australia.
All BPI Consultants are licensed Building Inspectors and Pest Technicians and are members of the Master Builders Institute of Building Consultants and the Australian Environmental Pest Managers Association.
BPI provides a totally impartial and confidential Building & Timber Pest Inspection service and does not have any direct affiliation with real estate agents or pest control operators.
As independent Consultants we act for you to ensure that all diagnostic and rectification procedures are both practical and cost effective.
We aim to provide an extremely prompt service, subject to access to the property. Reports can be express posted, faxed or emailed direct to you to avoid any delays.
All our consultants have Public Liability and Professional Indemnity Insurance as required by the Building Services Authority.
