Is listing really free?
Yes. A free listing includes your name, contact details, one category and appears in search and on your suburb pages, forever. You only pay if you want the extra visibility of Featured or Premium.
How long until my listing is live?
Once you submit your listing for review, our team checks it. Most listings are approved and published within one business day.
Can I cancel a paid plan?
Any time. Paid plans are billed monthly with no lock-in contract. If you cancel, your listing simply reverts to the free tier.
Do you take a cut of my jobs?
No. On Featured and Premium plans, enquiries go straight to you and you deal with the customer directly. We never sell your details or take commission on your work.
I already have a listing. Can I claim it?
Yes. If your business is already in the directory, you can claim the listing to manage your details and reply to reviews. Photos can be added on the Featured and Premium plans.
