Learning a second language used to be relatively uncommon. In more recent times, learning a second language is almost essential. Knowing another language not only opens more professional doors in life but it also helps to understand other cultures and become more accepting and respectful of their traditions particularly when visiting other countries.
The Language Academy delivers high quality and affordable courses in Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, Japanese, Italian, English and French to people of all ages. Our goal at The Language Academy is to help you learn the target language by immersing you instantly in the language with many interactive and cultural activities. We provide high quality and affordable courses designed to help you learn the target language in a communicative way. You will be encouraged to speak the language from the start and develop your proficiency throughout the course.
Our teachers are native speakers of their languages, qualified and experienced in setting individual learning objectives. Our courses include all the essential skills (reading, grammar, listening, writing and speaking) delivered in a communicative and practical format. Courses are offered from Levels 1 to 12, and in addition, conversational classes are offered weekly to assist with the practical development and proficiency of learning the language
Our programmes are from basic to advanced. We offer a variety of courses: exam preparation, traveling courses, group classes (from 5 to 8 students per class), small group (from 3 to 5 students), and private lessons (one-to-one) for all ages. Our standard courses run from 5 to 10 weeks; one lesson per week from 6.00 pm to 8.00 pm. Courses at other times and frequency can be arranged upon request.
