Our technical staff, which includes Grade 1 Accredited Certifiers, offer a wealth of experience and knowledge in the area of building surveying and building certification and applies this expertise to all classes of development across the whole spectrum of the industry, as well as BCA/NCC Compliance Reports, fire-engineered alternative solutions and strata certification.

We are adept in providing BCA Consultancy/ Construction approval services where building designs are proposed to comply with BCA/NCC by formulation of an Alternative Solution rather than the more stringent Deemed to Satisfy provisions, and will liaise with Fire Engineers, NSWFB and all other relevant stakeholders to enable an efficient performance based design.
