Coolangatta Boot Camp is a group fitness environment for all fitness levels. Running 3 times a week, Monday,Wednesday and Friday mornings 0600-0700. Participants (recruits) will run, crawl, jump, pushup and carry sandbags along the picturesque beaches of Coolangatta. Maintain and improve your fitness, make new friends and challenge yourself today.
