Interactive Speech And Drama Lessons For Kids

With a studio space designed for fun and games, we very much look forward to helping your confidence shine with this independent local drama school, in Paradise Point, Gold Coast. Close to Runaway Bay, Hope Island, Southport and Biggera Waters. We welcome people from everywhere and anywhere, of all skill levels to join us on this journey of new beginnings.

In class we will do lots of fun things including tongue twisters, mime and improvisation, drama games and poetry and prose performance. We will practice public speaking and presentation skills as well as performance skills for stage. Acting skills for stage and screen will be explored and the world of auditioning will be made fun!

Brooke has had the opportunity to work along side her mother Lynette Sibley through-out her childhood and adult years. Lynette has been a practicing Speech & Drama teacher in the Blue Mountains region in NSW for the last 25 years. Brooke has acquired a lot of practical knowledge working with her mother as well as developing many skills in the practice of teaching Speech & Drama to students of all ages

In addition, Brooke has also recently completed her Graduate Diploma of Education (Primary). The love and joy she has experienced as a currently registered teacher has lead her to develop her own style of teaching through Speech and Drama.

Brooke has a background in theatre herself and has studied Theatre Media at Charles Sturt University which enabled her to deeply understand and negotiate the joys and complexities of art in theatre form.

With further study in the Sanford Meisner Technique used by Hollywood celebrities, Brooke has a well grounded theoretical and practical understanding of acting for film and television as well as stage.
